Our Botanical Aromotherapy Kits include a lava bracelet of your choice, a concentrated essential oil blend for use in a room diffuser or by smearing the blend onto the lava beads of our bracelets, and a roller ball bottle that lets you massage sensory points as needed.  The roller bottle solution can be applied directly to the skin.  The concentrated blend should not be applied directly to the skin.
