This kit contains the concentrated SOLARA blend that is used by smearing small amounts on the lava beads or in a diffuser. The roller ball contains drops of the moderate lethargic depression blend in a carrier oil that can be applied to sensory points. If using a diffuser, please follow the manufacturer's instructions to determine the number of drops to add to your diffuser. Please choose size and type of bracelet for your kit.
