HOW TO USE:

Apply sparingly to the muscles and tissues surrounding the affected lower back or neck area, avoiding direct application to the spine. Massage gently along the areas beside the spine and surrounding support muscles. Use up to three times daily as needed. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin. Individual results may vary.
