This kit contains the concentrated EASE-UP blend that is used by smearing small amounts on the lava beads or in a diffuser.  The roller ball contains drops of the EASE-UP blend in a carrier oil that can be applied to sensory points.  If using a diffuser, please follow the instructions of the manufacture to determine the number of drops to add to your diffuser. Please choose size and type of bracelet for your kit.
